East rand mall dont deserve a star

<p>Cell c East rand mall...the worst store ever. Unfriendly unhelpful....after 2 weeks of going up and down because of a Wi-Fi device and 1yr data bought cash...there is nothing wrong with the device upon returning it I was told no refund. What happened to the national act and no where was it stated in store no refund the manger tells me it's in the websites I bought in store not ok the **** website and then tells me no intern2 connection she can't show me where it shows no refund. This is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. U call they can't assist u come in they can't assist and then have the nerve to say no refund.</p>
