Easier to get rid of certain diseases than Cell C

Cell C simply ignore emails sent to them. Sent the same email to at least 3 different affiliated accounts. Perhaps they are not receiving them as they are using their useless C Fibre network which has no connection anyways. I simply want to get rid of them and terminate the service but they ignore me so I cant. Honestly it is easier to get rid of certain diseases than this lot.
