Easier to get a mortgage approval

Dear All<br> <br> I spent 2 hours (2 car trips) with Cell C today and ended up with no sim only deal. (30 day contract)<br> <br> The women who helped me at Cell C waterfront was excellent but the credit controller was shocking and his attitude was not appropriate. First of all one has to ask how difficult should it be to get a sim only deal which is a 30 day contract. I really don't feel I should be begging for a Cell C contract when most customers are complaining about how bad your coverage is and how bad your service is. I was ready to sign a deal with Vodacom who were more than satisfied with my papers. <br> <br> I don't see why I should run around to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that I can afford R319 a month. My evidence was more than sufficient with no risk as its just a sim only deal.<br> <br> Please can someone review the paper work sent and contact me with an official apology and I would suggest looking at the criteria with which customers should provide for a sim only deal as I believe that I have provided more than sifficient evidence of funds. <br> <br> Most customers are running away from Cell C but now you are chasing away new customers. <br> <br> A very unprofessional service and a disgusting attitude
