Early Upgrade
I have done an early upgrade about 2 years back on my cell c contract with no issue. the phone I currently have is starting to give me issues and need a new phone. I am due for an upgrade in June 2020 but don't want to buy a new phone now and then upgrade in June 2020, I have asked if its possible to do an early upgrade ASAP but with no luck. I have never missed any payments on my account and my monthly bill to Cell C is not small money. Please can Cell C assist me on this one.

Thanks Cell C, I am still awaiting response from your side, the best of all is that I have previously did an early upgrade on my contract with no issues if I remember correctly it was about 6 months for the time, but for some reason I cant do it now, like I said I am due for and upgrade in June 2020 and asked Cell C to help me to do an early upgrade because my phone is faulty but no help from them.
But if I read through some of the complaints on hello peter about cell c there is a lot of people that was assisted to do an early upgrade with no additional payments or anything. I looks to me they pick on a daily basis who they going to help and who not.
