Early upgrade

Due for an upgrade on 22December2021 Usually I go to the store earlier than that . So sad that our local Cell C stores were shutdown due to looting . Because my preference is going straight to the branch . Where I got best customer service at all times.

Tried to do an upgrade over the phone for the past 2 weeks to no luck , as I am promised to be called back by someone who will be able to help me get an early upgrade.

I have been a happy Cell C customer for the past few years until now. Messenger is useless. Facebook useless . Calling I will be transferred with no luck .

Now I have decided , when Cell C decides it's the right time to help their loyal customer it will happen I am done trying .
