Early December debit

I got an early debit sms that i will get debited early for my December payment but i only get paid Month end. I got in contact with CellC agent who then said that i will be contacted and i provided the number.

The team who are meant to contact me, called me on a totally different number then inform me via twitter dm that they can't get hold of me.

What a pathetic customer service.
