Early Debit Order!

After 25 years with Cell C, is it time to move on! Why the Early debit order! When I joined, I submitted my payslip! I stipulated clearly as per contract that I get paid on the last working day of the month! So please ensure as per contract agreement that you only debit on that date! Not earlier! I phoned the customer centre on the 21st of December, when I received a SMS about the early debit order to complain about the early debit of my account! The complaint was not even lodged on the system and yet you wanted me to rate you on the help I clearly did not receive. Then I get an SMS on the 23rd of Cell C debit order from my account. Monday the 26th I get a message from Cell C that I must now inconveniently go and pay at Nedbank or easy pay at Pick 'n Pay! Nope, that is why I have a debit order on a said date! Can you double deduct debit order at end of Jan! Yes, but Cell C will charge me R70! For debit order returned! Wait what! Hello, that was not my fault! It was your fault! Complain again through the customer centre from Cell C shop! For witnesses! Just email your bank proof of the returned debit order! Wait what now I must do it immediately while I am still at the Cell C shop and on the call! Luckily I have a bank app, but will pay for a stamped statement! More charges as I have not even seen what my bank fee is for the returned debit order! Sent the email! Am I now happy that this is resolved, how I still have to see if you will charge me R70 for Cell C mistake!

Please don't reply privately or phone me!
So it's the 6th of Jan and got my Cell C statement! So this is the other reason I will leave Cell C!
So Cell C did deduct in time again on the last working day of the month! So I am spared a double amount debit order!
But now I am Charged R70 penalty on my statement for the returned Debit Order which was not my fault!!!

I went to the Cell C store and spoke to your centre on the phone and have emailed Cell C with the proof!
You have all my details, proof and records.
I know I have used my ****en surname for this post, but if Absa could email me directly about my Hello Peter complaint posted in my ****en surname!
So can you!
