Again cell c is ****** inconveniencing me. I am really tire of their nonsense and incompetency. The only thing they know is to send an email to say they tried calling with no answer and my issues are not resolved and I as their customer has to suffer and pay extra charges because of their stupid mistakes. This is been going on for month and I am really getting gatvol with their incompetency. I need proper feedback and a way forward on how this is going to be sorted out. And now I just spoke to THEMBA one of their *********** staff who said to me everything is my fault. He doesn't even Know when this issue started or where it started but he has the audacity to tell me that it is my fault that I have to pay extra charges. WHAT THE HELL!!!!
I honestly fail to understand how are you guys not able to reach me on all 3 numbers I gave and yet you have all my details and whenever you guys are selling something then you are able to reach me. The 011 number is my work number and it can't be that you are unable to reach me. I want this matter to be sorted out as urgent as possible , I don't have extra cash to pay you guys for your mistakes.
