E-sim shortage!

So apparently NO STORES in the Western Cape has E-sim's! Why doesn't Cell C just generate E-sim vouchers or QR Codes via email like all the other service providers. I bought a new phone in the United States because cell c doesn't sell IPhones for some reason I went to every cell c store in the western cape and EVERYONE said no they are waiting for e Sim vouchers from head office the one store said they have been waiting for 4 MONTHS!!!!!! So I phoned to cancel my Sim only contract that I had for a year and they want to charge me R8000 for early termination..... Are they Jas? *** service don't choose cell c. "Cell see how *** we are for yourself"
