E-mail Stating Acc Credit File Closed Nothing Happ

After my previous report I was contacted by Danielle Abrahams from Cell C. She requested my proof that I cancelled my account in 2011. I send her all my correspondence as well a a letter from Cell C, I received in May 2011, telling me that my contract is cancelled.<br> <br> On the 7th April 2015 she send me an e-mail stating the following \I have received feedback from our billing department that the account will be credited and the file closed off and retrieved from MBD". I was so happy that the problem was resolved.<br> <br> I asked her to please send me a letter form Cell C stating that I don't owe them any money and the same from Munnik"
