Dumbstruck by the level of incompetence

I am totally dumbstruck by the continuous stupidity and incompetence of Cell C, it is no wonder they are going under. After my last review reporting the incompetence of this company, i have spoken to the cancellation department, as well as went in store to explain to these people that the payment of R 162 that they are harassing me for was supposed to be deducted via Debit order, just as it have been for years, but yet after they neglected to perform their job properly they have the ****ing audacity to suspend my contract today, while I still have data left which they expect me to pay for at month end when my contracts cancel. **** that, you will not get a ****ing sent further, please shove your contracts where the sun don't shine!!!!
