Dubble contract

I when to the Kolonade Cell C to open a data contract. They did not have ****les in stock and I had to wait for 2 days. I had a Closed contract so if the data is finished it will be finished. On the day I went back to get the ****le the sales lady said I must just sigh for it so I did. Then my first payment went off I saw it was R2000. I phoned Cell C to asked that was going on. I went to the shop but the lady that was helping me was not working there anymore and the branch manager didn't want to help me. The lady at the shop made a second contract without letting me know and now I have a problem with my account and nobody can help me to sort it out.<br> I went to Menlyn Branch as well but also nobody can help me. I spoke to the call sender and I get put from one person to another.<br> <br> Please help
