Dual Cell phone sim blocked by provider without notification

On the 18 of July I bought 2 phones for the amount of +-5000at pep cell in brakpan, one was for mtn and the other was for cell which I was told it takes 2 sim cards, I used the phone for one week on the 25 July my other sim stopped working and all of a sudden the second slot was blocked.

I bought the phone because I wanted to make my life easy, guess what my life was a living hell, I had to go back and front to pep to return the phone,and they send a message to my wife for he update saying that in order for me to unblock the sim I have to buy the airtime to the value of 159.00, they are now making their problem mine after spending so much,

I thought it is a problem with the settings and took it back to the shop, the lady by the name of Mapule made a call and she was told the slot was blocked for the other sim,I was told that they will book it for six weeks for repair " a new phone" now I am back to square one without he phone

Pep cell and cell c must sort this between themselves and not involve me.

There is nothing wrong with the phone, you just need to unblock the other sim slot and stop telling me I have to buy 150 airtime to process the unblocking, that does not concern me, I want my phone unblocked or my money back,

Clearly you did not hear when I say I can't wait for six week it us too much already you have convinced me enough, I don't more inconvenience than this.mean time what must I use,that is why I paid cash and bought the new phone because I neeeeeeeded a new phone.

Good morning i am still not happy about the response i got from Cell C, you telling that Pep stores will send the phone for repairs it is not an option, why were you selling the phone that takes 2 sim cards if you are going to block it, i did not remove the providers sim instead i used both my MTN and the Cell c, i used transport money to do the ups and downs , i do not travel free , i bought a new phone because i neeeeeded it not because i wanteeeeed end the end of the day you are fricken telling me to bur airtime for the amount of 159.00 to be able to unblock, WHAT THE HELL FOR , you blocked the phone so you need to unblock it, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone so why take if for repairs, the only thing is for you to unblock the FRICKEN phone why is that so difficult to do, when i bought the phone there were procedures, now that i want my money back i ma told about about the silly procedures, UNBLOCK MY PHONE END OF STORY.
