Cellc has the most disgusting service. Now that I want to cancel my contract, I am failing the security questions.
There is nobody who is willing to help. No response to emails sent, no complaints department. Being sent from pillar to post after holding, after each transfer, an average of 8 minutes. DISGUSTING

It is shocking that I fail security questions only when u want to cancel the contract.
I have already paid for the headset and I want to know how much I need to pay for the service then close the line...

Can someone at least get back to me, I am sick and tired of wasting my time with useless businesses. After being asked for a private message I thought finally.....
Cellc better not debit my account. I Wan confirmation that I have paid for the headset and that I will not be debited as there seems to be nobody who is able to tell me if I still owe cellc anything.
I am porting my prepaid mobile, getting my spouse, mum, cousins and as much of my friends and colleagues I can convince to port from c. You people are useless,now can someone please contact me.
