I have requested a SIM swap on Wednesday evening 12 October 2017. I was told it would take between 24 to 48 hours.

Today on Saturday morning 15 October 2016 apparently somebody from their back office tried to call me. Seeing that it a Sabbath and I am an observant Jew, I did not see the call never mind answering it. CellC back office promptly proceeded to close the case without completing the SIM swap.

This smacks of atrocious service on a number of levels.

For one, it is simply bad service to close a case that took you more than the expected time (48 hours) after a single attempt to contact your client.

Secondly, this blatant disregard of people's religion smacks of intolerance at best and even possibly antisemitism, which is surprising considering the fact that Blue Label is now a major share holder in CellC.
