Dropped calls, failed calls, no signal, data not working
<p>The issue remains with dropped calls, failed calls, missed call notifications, signal loss, receiver not hearing me etc etc. It is almost a month since my first complaint, (2months into my contract) I have been for a sim swap, and numerous technicians have contacted me, still, the bad service remains. When I use either my additional mtn simcard or my wifes telkom mobile Sim, I have no issues, so it is definitely not the phone. No one has contacted me in the last week regarding assistance. And now, at the end of the month, Cell C will expect of me to pay the bill? I am utterly disgusted with the service I have received, especially in the last week. My business cannot function while I am using cell C!</p>

What!? I have tried describing the issue 5 times, I have even added a log to where the problems persist, Attached again: The problem does not exist at my house, but everywhere I drive: Is Cell C purposefully playing dumb?
