Dropped calls, failed calls,bad service
<p>Aproximately 2 weeks ago I posted a review on Cell C and the bad level of call service I am experiencing. I was contacted and nothing has come from it. Reference numbers will be given. So for the past two weeks I have documented my dropped calls, failed calls, missed calls with no ringing, internet disconnections and compiled a list for future users to see how frustrating it is to be dependent on Cell C. As a business owner, I cannot continue to use their service. This last two weeks I had so many dropped calls and failed calls that my business appears amateur. Not only that but I struggle to contact people when I need to speak to them immediately. In the comments I have posted the log. I want Cell C to stop saying they will investigate, and cancel the contract and take back the device. It is impossible to remain with them for another week. Leaving Telkom Mobile for Cell C was the biggest mistake I made, it is the worst mobile experience I have had to date.</p>
