Dropped and failed calls continue...
<p>It is now the 3rd review that I have to write. I have had repeated dropped calls, failed calls, missed calls with no ringing, bad connections, data not working etc etc. since I have taken out a contract with Cell C. As a business owner, this is unacceptable, it is by far the worst service that I have experienced with ANY mobile provider. I have been advised to turn of wifi-calling (a feature that is now no longer of any appeal to me since I cannot use it) and I have received a free sim swap since Cell C thougt it might solve the problem. But alas, it is Monday @ 9:00, new sim card installed, and my first call is dropped for the day. (Log added in comments) It is now 14:00 and I have had 5 incidents in 5 hours in the heart of Pretoria Metro. I see no possible future with Cell C. I will rather pay more ANYWHERE else and at least have a functioning network. "CELL C, the power is yours" I have been mislead and will never use Cell C again.</p>
