Driver going to **** someone

This morning a Cell C vehicle raced passed me on the N17 passing several vehicles on a white line. This afternoon, the same vehicle again almost ran me off the road and passed several vehicles again. This time almost causing a head on collision.

I phoned Cell C head office in an attempt to report the vehicle and on 3 occasions they dropped my call. This can only mean that they do not mind this reckless driving and furthermore disregard the safety of Others.
