Dreadful Services

I am utterly disgusted by the service of Cell C.<br> <br> When a complaint is made on Hello Peter instantly they reply to the message but nothing is done to help the customer.<br> <br> I have made a complaint on the 14 March 2016 got a response on hello peter and a call from cell c stating that someone will come in and attend the matter.<br> <br> Up-to-date they have failed to do so nor have they called or emailed letting me know what is going on.<br> <br> This shows how terrible their services are! Clearly the post sale is meaningless.<br> <br> As long as the sale is made, the service and customer care does not matter.<br> <br> I now want both my contracts to cancelled. As is it putting a strain on my business and personal use.<br> <br> Before cancellation is done. Make me aware of this as I will swap over to the appropriate service provider who can serve me better.
