Dreadful experience and high levels of utter incompetence at Cell C
On the 12th of March I called Cell C to terminate my mom’s contract. After several dreadful attempts we got a message saying “your cancellation request was processed successfully and your contract will be terminated as from 12/04/2021. At around 22h00 last night until now our lines have been cut. We went to the Cell C store to find out what is going on and we again experienced high levels of incompetence. We were told to deal 084 143 and select option 2 but that number is not going through. All we want to do is cancel this ****** contract. Our experience with Cell C has been a nightmare. This is now the 2nd time in less then 2 months complaining using this platform against Cell C

The level of incompetence is unbearable! I think it’s now best just to communicate with one person because we’ve been getting different responses from different consultants about the same thing. It’s really ridiculous. We have 2 contacts under my mom’s name 1 is her and the other is use by me, both have been cut off. I kindly suggest that we give you a number and you contact us.
