DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - CELL C

I was charged R70 for unpaid debit order but have been paying cash as I was retrenched. Submitted proof of retrenchment . was informed will be sorted. now 2 months later no progress. back and forth no one takes accountability at Cell C. service now suspended because of R70. I called to cancel contract was told cannot be done because of the R70. Customer for more than 10yrs with Cell C. Cell C used to provide Service now...... Just want my Contract Cancelled!!!
