I wish I could give them no stars on this site. Consistently giving me network issues and now they tale my hard earned money.... I’m an essential service worker. I need to be able to communicate with people.... And to top it all off, I cannot reach their customer service until tomorrow. I now need to rely on other more time consuming means of communication.

I want my money back... And not as airtime on your worthless network. I have no arrears so why are you taking what’s mine? I work very hard for what you think you can just take.
