Downgraded

I am due for an upgrade and everytime i call they cut me off for some reason. My account was in arrears but its paid now. I have 3 contracts with them and have been renewing my contract for years. Ive also requested call backs on their website numerous times but they haven't called back not even once. Pathetic service. Thinking if canceling and moving over to another network.
