Downgrade to prepaid

One of my contract with Cellc are due for upgrade next month. I've been trying to cancel my contract and move my cellc phone number to prepaid. Having noluck. About 2 weeks ago someone from cellc phone me, line was so bad only heard every second or third word.. hang-up after I told her about the bad connection. Thought that she will phone back. Nope. Still waiting.
