Good Greef this company is sad, no wonder they running a loss and not making profit, so you qualify for a upgrade, you ask for options, you choose one, you get told 7 days almost 3 weeks later no Iphone 11, there answer is they do not understand why Apple is not delivering, Sorry Douglas but that's not my problem. Then you ask ok what other options are available, you get iphone XR max with watch 256 gb, fine then o we do not have stock, you end up asking for the next thing, then you get told ....@I will phone you in 2 hours, but 3 hours later no one has phoned yet, then you rather phone in again and get transferred 3 times before you could ask for the contract upgrade to be cancelled. They do not even care thats why Doug you in debt, you employed people who has no passion for the business, sour g****s. You get more done with half the staff that actually wants to be there. Doug you doing a poor job as CEO really and I am shocked at the service from Cell C. I spend about R2500 every month there which means nothing to you. I will be moving along shortly.
