Double Standards at Cell C

I recently had my line upgraded with Cell C as a customer of over 6 years. I had a very nasty experience with Autopage last year. They billed for data that was due to me like theives, then reflected an arrears on ITC. I ended up closing my account due to their incompetence, apart from never wanting to do business with them in the first place. I was a Nashua client given to Autopage.

I lodged disputes and took the matter further with ICASA and Transunion. I won because I WAS NEVER IN ARREARS AND NEVER OWING TO THESE SNAKES

I app**** for a Pinnacle one contract last week and have been to the branch 3 times. Your vetting department say I dont deserve a contract and should wait THREE MONTHS for something that should NEVER have happened.

I have a paid up letter as the Account was settled in SEPTEMBER 2015. I provided the emails to cell c to show the errors were all made by AUTOPAGE as they never carried my contract info correctly and were billing me for what was supposed to be 1 GIG free. They reversed it but some idiot there didnt update ITC that there WAS NO ARREARS. HENCE I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AS I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH IDIOTS.

SO CELL C - why did upgrade my contract but today I dont qualify and must wait 3 months??? Im told as a 'responsible lender' you cant allow me a contract

THAT MEANS you will collect your upgraded phone - cancel this contract and port my number to prepaid right?? Because Im not worthy isnt it??

Call me - Im waiting for you to collect your phone and close my account. As a responsible lender I cant allow yourselves to be in jeoparady. The irony is as a client of 6 years I have NEVER missed one payment but your vetting thinks I Would ELSE where. PLUS ABSA just financed a car for me.

Im happy to end our 6 year relationship and go to prepaid where I will port the number to VODACOM

My first interaction was with Maripeng. Im not sure of the spelling. I explained my case and he referred me to a consultant called Brilliant - his name suits him. I appreciate that you listened and followed through. Thanks to your dedication this query is resolved and thanks to you, I will remain a client of cell c. Good job!
