Double paymeny
I am still urgently waiting for someone to call me back with regards to double debit. After I was confirmed on phone & email this would not happen.

10 Jun 2021, 15:45I have received the new statement & it doenst even show the extra payment. Which is very concerning. I am still waiting on the billing department to refund the double payment of R677. 99. This is very urgent as that amount falls part of another payment that is now very late because of Cell C error. Please refund asap.

I was told it will be added as a credit. No debit order end of this month,for R587.99 & then there still would be a credit for R90 for the following month. So who is not doing their job?
