DOUBLE PAYMENT

I changed my banking details at Cell C a day before the end of the month. The call centre advised that it was too late to take this months installment off, that I had to go into the bank and pay in cash. This was done. and the cash paid. They also took the installment off of my bank. I have been pleading, begging, shouting and complaining to Cell C every day, telephonically and via e-mail demanding they refund the money back into my account since the 1ST SEPTEMBER 2015. I have spoken to various people, received different case numbers from them and still nothing has been done. This is absolutely PATHETIC.
