Double derbit and poor customer service

I took a contract with cell C last year and they have been debting same amount we agreed on the signed contract but surprisingly last month the amount has increased, I called the customer care to complain and get help for clarity but I was told I have app**** for get more special.

I told them I have signed contract only with cell C nothing more, I was told to call their other departments to cancel the new subscription that I don't even know what is it for and was told to put 30 days notice to cancel the unknown subscription. Cell C is so desperate to make more money to they honest customers and please , stop taking advantage and reverse my money back and continue with the agreed signed contract please. U deserve 0 reviews for your service and I wouldn't recommend any one to sign contract with cell C because they not helpfull and so desperate for customers.
