double deductions

Dear Hello Peter <br> My husband took out a cell c contract for me almost 2 years ago when we got the phone and put our simcard in we discovered that the phone was not a top up contract that it was an open one which is a very tricky one because you can go over you limit without realizing in the beginning I was afraid to use the phone because we couldn't afford a big bill so we only used the phone in an emergency as time went by we noticed that our bill was increasing not knowing what was going on we never receive a break down statement from cell c to show us where our money was going to on the 15/05/2015 they did a double deduction totalling the sum of R2206.36 the first deduction was R1253.11 and the second R953.25 leaving us no money before they deducted the second deduction we went to cell c at liberty mall to find out how much we owed they contacted the call centre who said we only owed the R1253.11 which had already been deducted so we went to the bank and reversed the R953.25 to buy some food. we got a call from cell c asking us why we reversed the money my husband in formed them that we had contacted them asking if there was any other money owing and they said nothing
