Double deduction - And still Didn't get my money back

It has been a daunting process to get my own hard working money back from cell c. My account was double deducted and it was and still is a nightmare to make them understand that my account wasn't in arrears and that my bank account was double deducted and this is after I sent my bank statement. After numerous calls & emails, I get messages that the matter has been resolved......... with who exactly? not with me, i haven't received any concrete feedback from them. They truly not a nice bunch to deal with I am not extending my contract, I cant deal with a bunch of *******!!!!!!
