double debits

My line was suspended, and doing the right thing i paid the money into cellcs account on 12th august 15 and emailed the proof to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and nothing was indicating on the system , and today i wake up to a sms from my bank as cell c debited my account again. I spoke to an callcenter agent and they do not have records of my payment
