double debit was not done on the 25th

i so mad the bank charged me R75.00 for a unpaid debited for today, did i not tell you to double debited my account on the 25th of november. no ears your have now my cellc account is unpaid again. i want this fixed asap plus yourll will pay for the bank charge on my fnb account due to incorrect date debited. i request that yourll dont blocked my cellc contract due to yourll not listening to my request. someone better get the ceo to call me or a manager im so fed up of the agents now yourll need to go for training true im dik of these problems
