DOUBLE DEBIT ORDER!!! WHY!!!!!!!??????

At 11:42pm this evening I went onto my FNB banking app to sort out some things and noticed that my account was debited again for my Cell C contract. Today is the 15th of July 2021. My debit order comes off on the 30th of every month and has already come off on the 30th of June for the amount I owe!!!!!!! It should only come off again on the 30th/31st of July 2021!! ***!!! I am actually sick and tired of all these network providers and their mistakes!!! COSTING ME IN BANK FEES WHEN IM NOT IN THE WRONG AND MY DEBIT ORDERS ARE PAID. JUST TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!! *****ING UP CONTRACTS BECAUSE OF *********** OVER THE PHONE CALL CENTRES LIKE ELITE MOBILE!!! YES THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CELL C. BUT OVERALL IVE HAD ENOUGH. YOU LOT ARE CONSTANTLY *****ING UP MY ACCOUNT AND CAUSING ME STRESS!!! I WANT THIS DEBIT ORDER REVERSED IMMEDIATELY I DO NOT OWE YOU THIS MONEY AT THIS TIME OF THE MONTH!!!!! IT IS DEFINITELY AN ERROR ON YOUR SIDE AND I WANT IT FIXED!!! - AMOUNT TOTAL BEING R488.99
