Double debit gone wrong

I have been in contact with for the past 7 days of which the double debited but still has not received the money back into my account , the most annoying part is I always have to call them no one is getting back to me from cellc....I havebeen with CellC for how long now, this is the way they treating their loyal customers now but if they need to debit from my account and there is no money they are very quick to disconnect the lines. CellC and team please return my money as soon as possible. I am with an agent now as I am typing this now I have to another 2 WORKING DAYS.....
