Double debit

Cell C is really the worst network for the past few days I couldn't make calls nor send SMS...let alone the struggle to get my funds back ...they called me and said funds should take another 24hours to be in my account after the case number is logged I'm still waiting ....they must not think that money will cover September and that take the easy way out
