Double deal Cell C phone contract

We took out the double deal contract that Cell C has running at the moment, everything was fine untill we received the phones with no charges and adaptors, if I knew this wasn't included I'd probably go elsewhere, when we raised it with cell c, they said it doesn't come with the charger that's soo weid, how do you expect me to charge the phone, like does a kettle come without the plug, the phone is dead and I have not used it since I got it.

Cell C, can you please send 2 chargers and adaptors please
