DOUBLE CHARGED PENALTIES

I went to Cell C Hemingways Mall in East London on two separate occasions to try and resolve the debit order date issue I had been having- as I had went to change my debit order date twice and it still was not done and was told that I need to pay penalties. Now AGAIN on my debit today, the following month I am being charged a penalty!!! They keep telling me that it is a penalty from two months ago! Why, when I went there this month in October was I not told that I had penalty from August AND September when I clearly asked the manager to print me a statement of what I owe and it only had one penalty???<br> <br> This is not on!!<br> I am going to blast Cell C on every platform available!
