Double charged billing for connection

I have a contract with Cell C and Last Year October I took second line in Green Stone Cell C shop and i was told that they will deduct R195 for connection. On 10.10.2014 they deducted R195 and on the 31.10.2014 they then deducted that R195 again.<br> <br> I reported that to Cell C many times and they promised to refund me last december but till to day I haven't receive my refund. I call them to complain they will transfer my call from one to another and end up cutting my call without helping me. I wrote many emails they don't resolve my problem.<br> <br> They continue deducting money until I reverse debit order from my bank, they now closed the lines.<br> My fear is that they already destroyed my name in credit bureau.<br> <br> Please help me to resolve this problem.<br> <br> Regards,<br> <br> Dineo Monakaladi<br> ***
