Double billing with no response from Cell C.

On the 30th April 2024 I was debited my monthly subscription from my credit card. Then on the 2nd May 2024 I was debited again the same amount so I have been double billed. I have emailed *** twice and have received no response whatsoever and it is now the 10th May. I expect the second billing to be reversed.
