Double Billing
Cell C accounts department are a nightmare, when they owe you a credit they ensure that they get back what is credited to you and then some. We were charged twice for the same month, the second time around we were charged more than the normal subscription! If you think ICASA will assist, you are wrong, they are about as toothless and influential as a newborn baby. If you are unfortunate enough to have a contract will Cell C, cancel it as soon as you can and CHECK your billing!!!
