Double Application nightmare

I signed up for fiber at home last year September 2018 through Cell C. Everything was approved and good to go. January 2019 my first debit and since then a total nightmare. I have been struggling since February 2019 to sort this out and still struggling. April I find out that there was 2 fibre applications on my name. How this happened, I would not know. Still in question. Then debits from cell c that was allocated, but not to my accounts. Still don't know were my money is. I just dont get feedback, debits from my account, double each month. Every time I need to reverse them at the bank. At the end of the day, I get a bad review at the bank I just cant anymore. This needs to be sorted today. I had a very nice guy at Cell C tygervalley helping me, not even him can get the departments to understand and to sort this. This needs to be sorted asap. I am really fed up with this nonsens
