DON'T WHAT TO DO NOW!!!

i posted about how unhappy i was with Cell C some few months ago, an agent contacted referring to the review i made and asked how they can assist, i advised them of my contract which was suppose to end i Jan this year and they told me about the notice and everything and that they will still debit my account because i was only telling them then to close the contract. all amounts outstanding were debited even the last debit for that month i was unhappy but i accepted because i was told i signed the contract. after 2 months of that incident i'm now handed over to some collections department i'm still being advised of the contract not being cancelled, kanti what was i saying on my last communication with them. i'm very much unhappy and am a FAIS representative this is not on what i studied please help!!!!!!!i'm a single mom and don't have such energy to be fighting with contract companies i really did not sign up for what i'm going through now i'm even scared of committing myself to any other contract my experience is emotionally draining me!!!!
