Dont whant to update my details
They refuse to update my account detals. Every month the charge me R70 because the debit order did not go tru. I have sent hundreds of emails. No one gets back to me. The call centre cant help me. Stay faaaar away from cell c they dont help their customers of more than 10 years

I can only give the old details or the new details. What the **** do you whant from me. YOU have my debit date wrong !!!!!!!!!! Dont you people realise I can proof with my bank statement, that the bank name is what it is, and that the debit order date is wat it is. You only debited my phones last month. How can you tell me its wrong?????? Then you dont debit my laptop. Why??????????? I have 2 cell phones and 1 laptop you need to debit. Why cant you do it. Why do you charge me R70 ekstra per account if you dont do your jobs!!!!!!!
