Don’t waste your time with cell c
I visited the east rand mall branch after my phone had been ******. I needed to do a sim swap and use my phone number that same day for work and school. The employee blatantly **** to me and told me the system was offline because he didn’t want to work after 5 when their closing time is 6. I returned the next day and asked why the system had been offline and the new person who assisted was shocked because it had not been. She clearly laughed and shook her head as she was in disbelief as myself
