DON'T WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACTS EVEN AFTER I PAID R3565.01 23/01/2020 what an inconvenience with cell c contracts department, the way I hate an agent called Sthembiso who was supposed to cancel my contract with cell c on Monday and he wanted to offer me a contract even the way he was speaking to me he was too forceful and I informed him that I do not appreciate it, he advised that I must call on Tuesday and when I did they told me that the cancellation is still in the queue when I called again on Tuesday I was told still the contracts are not cancelled, bare in mind that I paid R3565.01 to settle that contract, now its a Wednesday, spoke to some Indian lady who advised that it doesn't look like the contracts are cancelled and Sthembiso is no where to be found and he never returned my call as per the Indian lady advised he would, now I am on a call with Hloni and I requested to speak to the manager I am holding for more than 15 minutes on the line, I do not know what to call this!!!!!! I am disgusted my cell C and its *********** agents.
