dont want to cancel extra service off my account

I cancelled the extra services on my cell c number. It took forever and I was finally contacted back from cell c after putting a complaint on hello peter, the person specified that the extra services would be cancelled but I had to wait 1 month. It's now 3 months and when I phoned them this morning they told me it's still not cancelled. That is unacceptable and I am demanding a refund on that money they took for that period of time
