Dont use cell c trust me. They the worst network.

I asked cell over 2 months ago please cancel my contract as it expired but even after 2 years they dont call back they just continue to debit your account after so many hellopeter complaints they still useless. They have their call centre calling you to upgrade and keep telling them cancel my contract which they said they did and never do. So now i have proof and im going to the industry ombudsman now. I want my money back and all the bank charges for debiting my account over and over after i had given clear instruction over the phone call centre and on hellopeter. . They can call to upgrade you and take your money but they cannot cancel on instruction.

Why would anyone use such a useless network. Bunch of idiots work at cell c.

I even got an email stating they would cancel and Confrim action over the phone but still debiting my account long after the contract is over.

You have all my numbers that you dumb idiots have. But wont try the other numbers my contract is on. I asked your call centre numerous of times to cancel and now im taking this to the ombudsman coz just the other day your sales department got through to me but yourl cancelation department for months cannot do it. Please lets see what the ombudsman says about my account in arreas because of your bounced debit order and yourl keep trying with nothing on contract to say that you have any right to try debit more than twice. You did this i wrote on hellopeter. Bitces call you useless fking company coz now i have had it. You will pay my 250 rand worth of bounced debits from you idiots.
