DONT USE CELL C

I was hijacked on the 18th December 2019, and i bought a new sim card and phone. I called Cell C to get a sim swap with the same number. The agents were so unfriendly and not helpful at all. They advised that they will ask me security questions in order to assist. the questions they asked was what were last 2 numbers I called, i gave them what i thought was right. First of all, this question is not fair as there could have been other numbers that the hijackers called. As my phone was being used after the incident. They then asked me how much I recharged with, which i checked my internet banking and told them. They asked me for my ID number which of course is correct with my full names. The reaction i got from the agents were without empathy and plain rude. To get my OWN number, they tell me i have to go to a store which at the moment i do not have the means. My husband uses Vodacom and they helped him with NO ISSUES. They even offered to block his phone completely to avoid any *****. I tried asking them to ask me other questions which they refused. Never again will I use such a service provider.
